Now it's time for some light Chinese New Year breeze in my home....

My hubby & I were putting up some pictures on the wall. He was standing on a stool trying to measure out the right spot to nail the nails. He was mumbling some figures to himself that sounded rather odd to me, so I shared my method of calculating. After I noticed I might have been totally being ignored, I asked,

"Would you consider using my 'system'?"

"Nope!" was his reply.

So I thought, oh well, he SHOULD know better. But when he started nailing the 1st nail, it was way out of position. When I pointed it out to him, he turned around and said, "It's your fault! You gave me the wrong figure."

.....???????

Then the figure he THOUGHT I gave, wasn't even the figure I mentioned at all. Ended up, in his own calculation, he thought 5 feet = 50 inches.

......first I was annoyed being ignored that caused an extra hole on the wall, then..... I felt tickled & started laughing! MEN!!

Can any of you wives out there identify with this experience I just had with your hubbies? Or is it just me?
