• Payment must be made once the order is confirmed. Preferred Mode of Payment: Bank transfers

• Please note that each box/dozen of cupcakes/muffins are subjected to one flavor only

• There will be NO delivery service until further notice!

• The ONLY pick up point at the moment: my humble abode (address provided when order is confirmed)

• Order made preferably at least 5 days in advance to date of collection (occasionally short orders may be entertained if the ingredients required are in stock, and or, of course if my schedule allows) -- 10 days in advance for Special Commissioned orders with Fondant Decorations. 

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice (do please double check at the point of order).
